Practice Areas
David was valedictorian of his high school class, and attended Duke University, graduating cum laude, with a joint degree in History and Classical Studies (honors thesis). He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon in 2002. David has resided in Oregon since 1999 and has been living and practicing law in Central Oregon since 2002.
When not at work, he loves to spend time with the light of his life, Monica, his daughter Zoe, and his son Rex. David’s interests include anything that fuels his hyperactive personality. He tries to live his life by the Marcel Proust’s maxim that: “The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking out new lands, but in having new vision.”
David’s areas of practice reflect his diverse personality– areas of law that require both technical knowledge and an ability to interact with clients, communicate with people, and see both macro and micro legal issues. David would be more than happy to take the time to talk with you regarding questions you may have concerning your legal needs.
