Richard Funk is located in our Medford Office in The Goldy Building, 107 East Main Street, Suite 24, Medford, Oregon. Richard’s goal in every case he handles is to honor the needs of his client, and if children are involved, to also be mindful of the best interests of the children.

Perspectives can be difficult to maintain during a divorce. While every case is unique, emotions can be high during custody and parenting time disputes. A client needs an attorney with the experience of over 30 years of practice to see him or her through these difficult times.

Richard is able to use his experience to help form an amicable settlement, and will also utilize his skills as a litigator to pursue a client’s overall objectives at trial.
